Meet Rachel.

Rachel is an experienced counsellor with a master’s degree in counselling from Monash University, Australia, and a background in executive recruitment with global search firms. She specialises in helping adolescents, young adults, and couples navigate challenges such as stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship difficulties, with a particular focus on supporting couples through infertility journeys.


Using an integrative approach, Rachel tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs, drawing from modalities such as ACT, Trauma-focused ACT, CBT, DBT, EFT, EFCT, Gottman Couples Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Rachel creates a compassionate, non-judgemental space that empowers clients to explore their emotions, gain insights, and build effective coping strategies for a fuller, healthier life.
